We stand behind our products! All [Modifyparts] auto exterior parts (e.g., grilles, spoilers, bumper covers, trim kits) come with a 1-year limited warranty against defects in materials or workmanship under normal use.

✅ What’s Covered

  • Manufacturing Defects: Cracking, peeling, color fading, or deformation under standard conditions.

  • Functional Failure: Parts that lose structural integrity or fail to install as designed.

  • Warranty Period: Starts from the original purchase date.

❌ What’s NOT Covered

  • Damage from:

    • Improper installation, accidents, or modifications

    • Harsh environments (road salt, chemicals, extreme weather)

    • Neglect, misuse, or off-road use

  • Normal wear & tear (minor scratches, UV fading over 1 year)

  • Purchases from unauthorized sellers

⚙️ Warranty Claim Process

    • Order number + photos/video of the defect

    • Proof of purchase & installation documentation (if available)

  2. Evaluation: Our team will assess within 5 business days.

  3. Resolution: If approved, choose:

    • Full refund (if replacement unavailable)

📦 Shipping for Warranty Claims

  • US 48 States: We cover shipping costs for approved replacements.

  • International: Buyer pays return shipping; we cover replacement shipment.

⚠️ Important Limitations

  • This warranty applies only to the original purchaser.

  • Warranty becomes void if:

    • Part is installed by non-certified technicians

    • Product is used commercially (e.g., fleet vehicles)

  • We reserve the right to inspect defective parts.
