Return & Exchange Policy
We want you to love your purchase! If you’re not satisfied, we offer free returns and exchanges within 30 days of delivery for orders shipped to the contiguous 48 U.S. states.
Timeframe: Request a return/exchange within 30 days of the delivery date.
Condition: Items must be unused, in original packaging, with tags and labels attached.
Coverage: Applies only to orders shipped within the contiguous 48 U.S. states (excludes Alaska, Hawaii, U.S. territories, and international destinations).

Reason for return/exchange
Get Approval: We’ll review your request and email a prepaid return shipping label (if eligible).
Ship Back: Pack items securely, attach the label, and drop off at any USPS/UPS location.
Exchanges: We’ll ship your new item once the return is received.
Processing Time: Refunds are issued within 3–5 business days after we receive your return.
Method: Refunds go to your original payment method. Shipping fees are non-refundable.
Sale Items: Only eligible for exchange or store credit.
Final sale items (e.g., clearance, personalized products)
Damaged/missing parts due to customer use
Items returned without authorization
Free: We provide a prepaid label for eligible returns.
Self-Shipments: Unauthorized returns (e.g., no label from us) will not be refunded.
